GingerChi ships via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order.
For EXPEDITED shipping beyond this, please request email email@example.com with ‘Expedited Shipping’ in the subject heading. Please be sure to contact us first to confirm whether we can expedite your order before you place the order.
GingerChi ships via USPS First Class and expedited shipping is not available. Shipping charges do not include customs fee so buyer is responsible for any customs fee.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or replacement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief explanation. Once we have confirmed your request, we will send an email with the return mailing address where you need to ship the return back to us. Please make sure that you get approval for a return, because otherwise we can’t accept it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note that shipping fees for returns & exchanges are your responsibility, and GingerChi can’t refund the original shipping and handling charges. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to prevent lost packages.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. Please take a photo of the defective/ damaged items and email it to us at email@example.com. If we approve your request, we will ship a replacement at our cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a coupon code as a discount for the value of your return that you can use for your next order. Once the returned item is received, the coupon code will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
