GingerChi is an incredible experience. The owner Anna is remarkably kind, wonderful, patient, & informative. I called because I was looking for a gua sha facial & had many questions about it and was also very concerned about safety regarding covid. Anna provided details of their thorough covid protocol & went above & beyond to ensure I was safe & comfortable during the treatment (it was daunting for me to take my mask off but both Anna & Rose went above & beyond to make me me extremely comfortable).
Rose is the facialist & Gua Sha expert - she is known as the GuaSha queen for excellent reason -- she is extraordinary & the treatment I had along with their products provided the most exceptional experience. I loved it & my skin glowed.

My appointment was before the holidays (my apologies on delayed review!) & I also purchased some products & Gua Sha tool -- I'm just getting into using them myself but look forward to these as well as regular visits to the brilliant GingerChi oasis for Anna's kindness/ insights & Rose's magical (& sculpting!) hands.

My gua sha facial was the best hour of my week! Anna and Rose were so lovely and welcoming. They listened to my concerns about my skin and explained the procedure to me. I had only had extraction style facials before and so this truly felt like a gentle massage for my face. I left with glowing skin and really could see the benefits of the lifting and massaging continue to improve for hours after. I purchased a few of the products after and my favorite is absolutely the hydrating mist. I highly recommend this business and can't wait to go back for additional services.

I recently had the Heaven & Earth Gua Sha Natural Face Lift. Rose is gentle and kind and truly talented. I spend a lot of time at my computer, and the Gua Sha helped to release and relax my tight shoulders and tense brow. My skin felt and looked totally rejuvenated after the treatment. Anna, the founder and owner, is a lovely and generous host. The whole experience felt incredibly restorative. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend this facial or any treatment at GingerChi!

Incredible facial/massage. I love the gua sha and the oils they used. I will def be back for other services. It's a very unique and peaceful place.
