Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. This enables us to evaluate the issue and make it right in a timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE:
All orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All returns are subject to inspection. Products should not be opened and used.
All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges from your order will NOT be refunded
If your order included Free Shipping, a return shipping charge of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
The online return process will require a printer, as you are provided a PDF to download that includes a shipping label. If you do not have a printer, please call GingerChi at 212-203-5370
Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.gingerchi.com. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.
