The stomach is considered the core of Chi in Chinese Medicine. With our diets and lifestyle, toxins and even negative energy can accumulate in organs causing stagnation and imbalance.
When the digestive and elimination system become sluggish, the inability to lose weight, poor skin conditions and a myriad of health issues will become more apparent as time goes by.
Regular self-massage not only helps remove toxins and relieve stress but also brings vital energy and Chi to the rest of the whole body. Use in conjunction with heated Bian Mushroom disc to help stimulate blood circulation, relax muscles, and aid digestion. The warmed Bian stone is used for its ability to both store heat and to release trace minerals beneficial to the body.
Key Ingredients of Tummy Tone Massage Oil:
Peppermint. clears the mind and energizes the body. It is known to balance the PH levels of the skin to calm excessive oil production. Peppermint’s astringent, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory activity may also help diminish the appearance of acne, black heads, rashes and redness. When first applied to the skin, Peppermint gives a feeling of coolness because it causes a rapid constriction of blood vessels. Don’t worry because once the blood vessels have relaxed, circulation to the area increases giving off a warming sensation.
Juniper Berry Oil. Juniper is one of the best essential oils for cleansing both the body and mind. It can prevent or eliminate water retention and bloating by ridding the body of excess moisture. Juniper oil not only purifies the body physically, it is also an inner plane synthesizer, especially when emotionally draining situations or people interfere with balanced mental vibrations.
Black Pepper Oil. stimulates local circulation by warming muscle tissue helping to move out the toxins that cause muscle aches and pains. This stimulating action also assists with moving stagnant Chi anywhere in the body.
Grapefruit. The joyful and sparkling scent of Grapefruit is well known for its ability to lift the spirit and dissolve anxiety. Grapefruit is also tonifying to the body and assists it in breaking up fat tissue. This powerful fruit can also balance oily skin and is cleansing to the lymphatic system.
Note: For external use only, avoid using this oil during pregnancy.

The mushroom massager is quite unique- its a pleasant weight and feel and, surprisingly, slides smoothly on the skin without pulling. There was actually a bit of pulling when using it in combination with the oil.
The oil absorbs very quickly and I found I needed to keep getting a bit more of it. I guess i was expecting it to be more like a massage oil and stay smooth. The oil has an invigorating peppery scent which reminded me of the only other stomach massage oil that i have tried which is a French made Puressentiel.
Hello Raissa - thank you very much for your feedback! The Bian stone will become smoother and darker in color as it gradually absorbs your natural oils. You could also try massaging the oils in with your hands first, heating the stone in some warm water for a few minutes. Dry it off, making sure it is not too hot to the touch and going over the area. We will also looking into the slip of the oil. Thank you for your support and taking the time to share!
I got curious of this set especially because I have a huge old scar on my abdomen and wanted to increase the chi to this very important area called “tanden” in Japanese. I looked up what bian stone is and wanted to try it out! If you soak the stone in a very hot water for a few minutes, it gets really nice and toasty and feels relaxing when massaging. The oil is not heavy and has a very pleasant scent. It is a nice way to unwind and to take care of your body before you go to sleep. I am looking forward to using this everyday.
Thank you for sharing Arina! You are doing a great job.
