Bian Gua Sha Mushroom

Bian stones formed about 65 million years ago when a meteorite collided with Earth in Shandong, China. Setting the example for acupuncture, these “needle stones” were heated to treat neck and back pain (like acupuncture needles).
Studies have shown that Bian can help stimulate blood circulation, relax muscles and joints, and aid anti-oxidation in our cells. We warm and apply Bian stone for its abilities both to store heat and to release trace minerals beneficial to the body.
The unique mushroom shape allows you to hold the tool between the fingers and maneuver and twist the disc to effectively massage along the muscles fibers and penetrate acu-points.

We recommend, warming up the Bian Mushrooms in hot water to fully utilize the stones benefits.

Great stones

Easy to hold. Feels good on the skin. Small enough to carry comfortably. Large enough to cover an appropriate amount of the body.

The best

I've been looking for something holistic to deal with my feet pain for over a year now because massage therapy doesn't work. I've come across the Bian stone and decided to buy it just to try. The stone itself is so helpful towards my feet. When I didn't use it the night before, I could feel the pain and pressure the following day. I'm so grateful for this little thing and the lavender ginger oil that I got as a gift. They're an incredible combo to treat my feet pain.

Thank you so much for sharing Cindy! We are so happy to you are experiencing the benefits. It's an amazing tool. We use it in our spa treatments. Did you try heating the stone in hot water? If you have any question or want further information, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We really appreciate it!

Tension Release

I love to use this on my temples, jaw & neck! I use it with body or face oil. I'm always surprised how tight my neck & jaw can get.

Easy to use

I use the bian mushroom massage tool on my stomache. I hold it under warm water and massage my stomache. For me it helps with my digestion issues. It feels very relaxing. It is heavier than I thought it would be. It works great.

Carved from Bian Stone

1. Warm Mushroom Discs in a bowl of warm water.

2. After cleansing skin, apply GingerChi Regenerating Serum or Argan Treatment Roll On to face and neck.

3. Wipe dry the warm stone and hold the stem between thumb and fingers. Manoeuvre and twist the disc, in upwards directions. Utilizing the concave shape and edges, follow the lines up and along the muscles fibers.

4. Pause on acu-points and lymphatic nodes and massaging in static circles. Use the edge of the disc to loosen tight knots especially around the jaw area and temples.

5. Repeat all movements 3 - 6 times on both sides. More if desired.
