Dry body brush and Juniper oil

I love using the dry body brush. I recently learned that by removing the dead skin it lightens the load on the liver's detoxifying process. Juniper oil is a great detoxifier and stimulant. I'm going to encourage all my patients with toxicity to use them.

I've used other dry brushes before that have been coarse and hard. The one by GingerChi feels very stimulating and effective yet is gentle enough for sensitive skin. They provide a small brochure that's really helpful to make sure you're hitting all the correct meridian points .

HOW TO USE IT
