I absolutely love this massage tool!! It works magic the way it gets all the curves in my neck, underneath my jaw & jaw facial muscles! I especially like using it with the eye oil. I apply the oil w/my fingertips & gently massage the underage area & brow bone w/the stone cold.
When I use it on my neck & face I do so upon using a face oil or cream.

Hold the the 'stalk' of this unique mushroom shaped tool tween the fingers. Maneuver and twist the disc, utilizing the concave shape and smooth edges. Follow the lines up and along the muscles fibers. Pausing on acu-points, use the edge of the concave to focus on tight knots especially around the jaw area and temples.
