Dry Brush Technique
The brushes are 9” long with a coir handle. For those with sensitive skins or “newbies” to dry brushing we recommend starting off with the luxurious, soft Jute. For a more of invigorating sensation, we offer the firm Sisal fiber.
Dry brushing your skin should be done DRY before having a bath or shower. Dry body brushing can last from 2 to 20 minutes, depending on how much time you. Your skin should be pink after the session and not red or irritated.
