Do Beauty Teas really work?

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the skin is closely linked to the heart, lungs, and spleen.

For example, when there is a deficiency in the lungs, the skin becomes itchy and flaky. When the heart is affected by stress, this can cause acne on the forehead or nose bridge. An imbalance in the spleen may lead to an accumulation of dampness and heat, causing increased sebum production, pimple outbreaks and, or eczema.

Our GingerChi Glow-Chi tea blend is packed with skin supporting ingredients such as Ginger, Goji Berries, and Licorice. This skincare tea helps promotes a clear and radiant complexion by boosting circulation and improving digestion.

Peppermint rich in antioxidants, helps the skin’s repair and regrowth process, and reverses the damage caused by the aging process.

Goji Berry is packed with antioxidants and is known to defend the skin against aging.

Clove, with its rich source of antioxidants, can help reduce inflammation, acne, wrinkles, and blemishes. It also helps to brighten the skin and improve its overall appearance.
