Bian, The Long Lost Medical Stone

Bian stones were formed about 65 million years ago when a meteorite collided with Earth in Shandong, China. Known as “needle stone,” it is considered as a precursor to acupuncture, utilizing heated pointed stones (instead of acupuncture needles) to treat neck and back pain.

The Bian Stone’s Properties
The Bian stone contains up to 40 trace minerals beneficial to the human body and has thermal conductivity and heat-storing capabilities. It can create Far Infra-Red (FIR) waves or energy and also create ultrasound pulses in the therapeutic ultrasound range. It also produces negative ions, best known to help with antioxidation (anti-aging) in human cells and DNA.

Studies have shown the properties of Bian Stone can help stimulate the circulation of blood, relax muscles, joints, and aid in anti-oxidation in human cells.

Massage Sticks

The Bian Gua Sha Massage Sticks can be rolled over acupressure points and tense muscles for instant relief of tension. Or alternatively held like a ‘pen’ using the either end to press gently on acupressure point to stimulate Chi and relieve tension. It's great for people with carpal tunnel syndrome.

Warm and apply Bian stone for its abilities both to store heat and to release trace minerals beneficial to the body.

Gua Sha Mushrooms

This unique mushroom shape allows you to hold the tool between the fingers and maneuver and twist the disc to effectively massage along the muscles fibers and penetrate acu-points on the body.

It's particular helpful for people with stomach issues or bring comfort during cramps. The stomach is considered the core of Chi in Chinese Medicine. With our diets and lifestyle, toxins can accumulate in organs causing stagnation and imbalance.

When the digestive and elimination system become sluggish, the inability to lose weight, poor skin conditions and a myriad of health issues will become more apparent as time goes by.

Regular self-massage not only helps remove toxins and relieve stress but also brings vital energy to the rest of the whole body. Use in conjunction with Tummy Tone, it helps stimulate blood circulation, relax muscles, and aid digestion.

Facial Roller

Bian Stone Roller works best when immersed in hot water before use. Warm compress on blemishes help decrease inflammation, improve blood circulation to the area, and loosens clogged pores to facilitate getting rid of dirt and excess oils. After the warming massage, in accordance with the principles of yin and yang, one can follow the process by rolling with a cold Bian or Jade Roller that has been refrigerated or immersed in ice water. This warm and cold effect encourages overall balance.
